One thing I feel my self quite not enough is I don't know what to do here.

Other master or PhD student came here with there topic. People here know exactly what to do and benefit from the short-term research.

I had talked with Doc Hata and Doc Junichi to find some inspiration and I think I did.

First, from most general specious, why I am here. Why my school sent me here, what they want. To be an outstanding woman researcher in standing on the global stage. Doc Hata show me some very interesting fact that I always ignore, why we need women researchers. Because in a research area, the ratio of men and women is not balanced. But it has to be balanced. The reason is the intelligent distribution of man and woman have no difference, which means an institution only by involving the same amount of males and females can reach the highest exception of intelligent.

(Normalized IQ distribution with mean 100 and standard deviation 15. --Wikipedia.)

That is why any sexual inequality society lack of competitive power in extremely sexual inequality industries. I cannot change this but what Doc Hata told me made me feel some responsibilities of being a female researcher and realized how narrowed my mind is before. Too much discrimination I had met when I was an engineering undergraduate student, not only me but all the mechanical engineering females we almost had taken it for grant. But at the same time we are complain how we lack of competitive in traditional this area, think about the sexual unbalanced issue.

The second thing is being an observer in the hospital. Pressure this chance to observe doctors nurses and patients. Find the problem and catch any chance to communicate with them.

The third thing is to be an auditor to sit by on the conference and learn how scientists working on a program and how to appeal. With this Main direction, I hope I won't spin around.

At the other day I talked with Doc Junichi. During the skype meeting, I feel him is a really active researcher and I can feel energy when talking about researches. So I also want to hear his suggestions about medical research and challenges.

Besides discussing some research area to explore. He also told me some responsibilities of being a biomedical researcher. It is hard to reach their height now but I know I have a chance to approach now.
